Where solar projects stall
The front end is where most commercial solar projects fall apart.
Your senior engineer drives 90 minutes to a site. Turns out the incoming supply is a 60A single-phase cutout. The whole visit was pointless before he got out of the van.
Or a project gets to quote stage. Three weeks later, silence. The client's gone with someone else, and you never found out what their budget was in the first place.
This is the routine cost of scaling commercial solar without a dedicated front-end resource. Nexus exists to strip that friction out entirely.

What We Deliver
Every project we bring to a contractor partner is fully pre-qualified. Here's what that means in practice:
Grid capacity check: every postcode cross-referenced against the relevant DNO capacity map before anything else happens.
Incoming supply verification: main fuse rating and consumer unit confirmed via photographs. 60A cutout sites filtered out before they waste your time
MPAN and 12-month consumption data: retrieved before the file reaches you, so your estimators can start financial modelling on day one
Remote site documentation: photographs of plant rooms, data plates, and siting areas for preliminary hardware scoping
Stakeholder and tenure verification: freehold or landlord permission confirmed, decision-maker identified, before survey is booked
Professional project specification: Stage 1 Desktop Proposal and Stage 2 Fixed-Price RFQ, prepared to commercial procurement standard with real irradiance data, EPC-derived figures, and full technical spec.
Post-quote management: follow-up with the client, real-time feedback on competitive position, and value engineering opportunities before the job goes elsewhere.
Budget alignment: client budget position established before you price. You quote with the full picture.
94% of projects we file reach contractor survey stage. Zero wasted site visits on Nexus-filed projects to date.
Commercial Solar PV
We run the entire front end of commercial solar procurement so your team prices work that's actually going to happen.
We are not a lead generator and we are not a referral service. We are a business development partner. The distinction matters.
