  1. Grid capacity check: every postcode cross-referenced against the relevant DNO capacity map before anything else happens.

  2. Incoming supply verification: main fuse rating and consumer unit confirmed via photographs. 60A cutout sites filtered out before they waste your time

  3. MPAN and 12-month consumption data: retrieved before the file reaches you, so your estimators can start financial modelling on day one

  4. Remote site documentation: photographs of plant rooms, data plates, and siting areas for preliminary hardware scoping

  5. Stakeholder and tenure verification: freehold or landlord permission confirmed, decision-maker identified, before survey is booked

  6. Professional project specification: Stage 1 Desktop Proposal and Stage 2 Fixed-Price RFQ, prepared to commercial procurement standard with real irradiance data, EPC-derived figures, and full technical spec.

  7. Post-quote management: follow-up with the client, real-time feedback on competitive position, and value engineering opportunities before the job goes elsewhere.

  8. Budget alignment: client budget position established before you price. You quote with the full picture.
