Nexus Consultancy Group is a UK-based business development consultancy for the construction sector. We work with contractors to improve how they win, deliver, and grow sustainable construction and commercial solar projects.

We're not a recruitment firm, not a lead generator, and not a training provider. We're a working consultancy that sits alongside your business and makes measurable commercial improvements.

We measure our work by commercial outcomes: contracts won, projects delivered, pipeline value generated. Everything we do ties back to something your business can count.

Community Commitment

For every completed project, we donate 1% to a charity of our client's choosing. If a client doesn't nominate one, we donate by default to the Young People's Trust for the Environment. We also plant a tree for every successful project completed with our contractor partners through TreeApp.

Quality Over Volume

We don't chase scale for its own sake. We take on work we can resource properly, deliver to the standard we've set, and grow at a pace that doesn't compromise what our clients receive.

Long-Term Thinking

We build relationships that outlast individual projects. Repeat work from existing clients is the best measure of whether we're delivering, and it's where the majority of our pipeline comes from.

Our Story

Nexus started with a simple observation: contractors were losing time and money on the front end of projects they should have been winning. Poor qualification, inconsistent processes, and no dedicated resource to manage the commercial pipeline before work hits site.

We built the consultancy to fix that. Every service we offer exists because we've seen what happens when it's missing.

Today, we work across sustainable construction consultancy, commercial solar procurement, AI-driven data automation, and business development strategy. Our team stays current with regulatory changes, market shifts, and industry developments so the advice we give is practical and current.
